Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
Whisk flour and baking powder in a bowl. In a separate bowl, cream butter and sugar, then beat in the eggs and vanilla.
Combine wet and dry ingredients, pour into the pan, and bake for 30 minutes.
Pierce the warm cake all over with a fork.
Whisk the three milks together and pour evenly over the cake, allowing it to soak in completely.
Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form and spread over the chilled cake before serving.
