Cut a ripe watermelon in half and scoop out a portion from the center to create a bowl shape.
Cover the hollowed watermelon with plastic wrap and freeze until it is completely frozen solid.
Remove the frozen watermelon from the freezer and take off the plastic wrap.
Pour a small amount of your chosen cream or milk into the center of the frozen watermelon.
